Join us at the History Colorado "Where is Denver's Chinatown" event!
The Alumni Association and the Center for Inclusion and Social Change would like to invite you to theÌýForeverBuffs SpotlightÌý±ð±¹±ð²Ô³ÙÌýWhere is Denver’s Chinatown?Ìýon Wednesday, Jan. 29 at theÌý from 5:30–8:30pm.
This will be a wonderful opportunity for Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØalumni, students and friends to participate in the return of the ForeverBuffs Spotlight event and learn about the history of Denver’s forgotten Chinatown. This event will include a keynote byÌýDr. William WeiÌýauthor ofÌýAsians in Colorado, Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder Professor of History andÌýColorado's state historian. Attendees will experience an exclusive visit of theÌýÌýexhibit and also enjoy a lion dance performance by the Guiding Mountain Dragon and Lion Dance Association to celebrate the Lunar New Year.
Students pay a $5 registration deposit which will be refunded when they check-in and attend the event. Refunds will be made within one week following the event. No-shows will not be refunded.
