Student Work Opportunity: CEAE Online Learning Course Production Assistant

Responsibilities

As a Course Production Assistant with the Department of Civil, Environmental and Architectural Engineering, you will support an instructor with developing their online courses (hosted on Coursera, a global learning platform). Hiree will assist with editing course materials, formatting materials for accessibility, uploading course content to Coursera’s platform and other related projects as necessary.Ìý

Required Skills

Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, creating, editing and adapting instructional presentations (especially in PowerPoint), attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.Ìý

Preferred SkillsÌý

Experience with learning management systems, creating and adapting documents for accessibility and learner-centered experience and experience with AI to generate and refine content.Ìý

Work Modality

This role will be remote and largely asynchronous. Weekly time commitment may vary based on course development needs but will adhere to Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØstudent work hour policies.Ìý

Compensation

Starts at $17/hourÌý
