Martin holds a BA in Communications from Christopher Newport University and an MS in Strategy and People Management from the University of Galway, Ireland.

Prior to joining CMDI, Martin’s professional experience ranged from communications and marketing to cattle ranching and agriculture. With a strong passion for sustainability, he works closely with college leadership, faculty, and staff across CMDI to support and implement new initiatives and strategic projects.

Outside of work, Martin enjoys hiking, backpacking, volunteering on farms, spending time with friends, and traveling.
