As The Nature Conservancy in Colorado’s Director of External Affairs, Heidi is responsible for overseeing the state’s engagement in policy issues, public funding, and work with government agencies. Before joining the Conservancy, Heidi was a Program Officer at World Wildlife Fund where she worked to promote wetlands conservation strategies across the country. She also served as staff for a Congressional Committee focused on fish and wildlife conservation. Heidi has a B.A. from Bowdoin College and a Masters in Natural Resource Management Planning and Policy from the University of Michigan’s School of Natural Resources and the Environment.
