Summer is almost here, which means it’s time to save the date for the BFI Staff Summer Picnic! 🌞🎉 We’re looking forward to gathering to honor and celebrate the entire Business, Finance and Infrastructure (BFI) community.
Please RSVP for the BFI Staff Summer Picnic, so we can plan appropriately for food, seating, and activities. Supervisors are welcome to RSVP on behalf of their entire team, or individuals may RSVP for themselves. RSVP here: .

A few helpful details as you plan:
- Bring your Buff OneCard for check-in
- A water bottle refill station will be available—please bring a reusable bottle to support our zero-waste efforts
- Dress for the weather: layers, hat, sneakers, and a raincoat are recommended
- Don’t miss the raffle and door prizes!
- Limited parking is available near West Varsity Lawn—please walk, ride, or take the bus if possible
- Swing shift schedule on 7/21: 11:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (check with your supervisor if you have questions about your scheduled hours)
This event is for BFI staff, BFI temporary staff, and BFI student employees only (no guests, please).
