GIMC Training Opportunities
Fostering inclusive, evidence-based mentorship practices, the Graduate Inclusive Mentoring Community (GIMC) offers professional development opportunities for faculty and staff to enhance their mentoring skills. Through CIMER research mentoring trainings and unique GIMC workshops we aim to cultivate a more inclusive and supportive environment for graduate education.
By participating in multiple trainings and meeting the appropriate requirements, you can earn the Inclusive Research Mentoring Microcredential, showcasing your commitment to advancing equity in graduate education.
