Mind and Body Buffs is a free, pre‑arrival program hosted by Health Promotion for new students who want to prioritize their well‑being before the semester begins. This immersive experience introduces you to practical wellness tools, campus support and a community of students who care about living well—together.Ìý

If you’re excited to focus on your mental, physical and emotional well‑being from day one, Mind and Body Buffs is a great way to kick off your time as a Buff.Ìý

Mind and Body Buffs is designed to help you explore wellness in a realistic, college‑friendly way. Throughout the program, you will:Ìý

  • Learn about the eight dimensions of wellness and how they show up in everyday college lifeÌý
  • Explore simple, practical ways to support your well‑being—no experience requiredÌý
  • Build connections with other students who share an interest in health and personal growthÌý
  • Get familiar with campus programs and resources that can support you throughout your Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØjourneyÌý

The program aims to empower new Buffs to develop a personalized approach to well-being that aligns with their individual needs and lifestyles.
