Sponsored student advising will operate with a modified schedule through July 2, 2026.

• Sponsored Student advising appointments are for students sponsored by Aramco Services, the Kuwait Cultural Office, Embassy of Oman, SABIC, SACM, SCO, or Fulbright students or scholars.   

• Both in-person and remote sponsored student advising appointments must be scheduled in advance.

From June 1 to June 12, 2026 and from June 29 through July 2, 2026

• Mondays from 12:30 to 3 p.m: In-person by appointment
• Thursdays from 3 to 4:30 p.m.: Remote by appointment
• Fridays from 12:30 to 3 p.m.: In-person by appointment 

During the week of June 15, 2026

• Only email and phone advising are available.

During the week of June 22, 2026

• Thursday from 3 to 4:30 p.m.: Remote by appointment
• Friday from 12:30 to 3 p.m.: In-person by appointment
