New Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder employeesÌýin their first 12 to 18 months of employment are invited to participate in the Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØDiscover Series, part of the Department of Human Resources'Ìýcomprehensive, year-long onboarding program.

This month, bring your lunch and join fellow new employees to learn about the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program (FSAP), a no-cost benefit to Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder faculty and staff members. The program's director Paulette Erickson England will introduce the FSAP programs available toÌýemployees and will discuss what it means to be part of a psychologically healthy workplace.Ìý
At the end of the session, participants will understand:
- The employee assistance programÌýas a benefit of employment.Ìý
- The definition of a psychologically healthy workplace.Ìý
- How to access Faculty and Staff Assistance Program services.
