It's not too late to get your flu shot
No one wants to spend this season sick in bed. Take precautions from catching the flu this season by getting your annual flu shot.
Employee Services is at Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder on Oct. 25, Oct. 27 and Oct. 30 for all Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder employees and spouses. Students and dependent children are not eligible.
Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder students can receive a at the Wardenburg Health Center, Health and Counseling Clinic at Village Center and the Recreation Center Wellness Suite until April 2018.
Members and covered spouses of the following Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØHealth Plan medical plans are covered by their plan and will receive a vaccine for free:
- Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØHealth Plan – Exclusive
- Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØHealth Plan – Extended
- Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØHealth Plan – High Deductible
- Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØHealth Plan –ÌýKaiser
Members and spouses must bring their Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØHealth Plan card to receive the vaccination. Non-Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØHealth Plan members can receive a shot for $28.
