Renowned for our talented student body, we are excited to connect top employers with exceptional 鶹ѰBoulder students through a series of upcoming fairs in fall 2025. This is your opportunity to engage with motivated students across various disciplines.
Career Fairs registration will open on Handshake on Monday, July 7 at 6 a.m. MDT.
Virtual Fairs
Tuesday, Oct. 7 | 3-6 p.m.
This virtual fair is open to employers looking to hire current students, recent graduates and alumni into roles within the sports industry. Open positions must be posted on Handshake and applications must be set to close after Oct. 7, 2025, to be eligible to participate in this fair.
Wednesday, Oct. 8 | 3-6 p.m.
This virtual fair is open to employers looking to hire current students, recent graduates and alumni into open roles within the music, film and entertainment industries. Open positions must be posted on Handshake and applications must be set to close after Oct. 8, 2025, to be eligible to participate in this fair.
Thursday, Oct. 9 | 3-6 p.m.
This virtual fair is open to employers looking to hire current students, recent graduates and alumni into open roles within the art, history and culture industries. Open positions must be posted on Handshake and applications must be set to close after Oct. 9, 2025, to be eligible to participate in this fair.
In-Person Fairs
Tuesday, Oct. 14 | 11 a.m.-4 p.m. | University Memorial Center (UMC)
This fair is open to employers looking to hire students in applied computer science, applied mathematics, electrical and computer engineering, computer science, creative technology and design, electrical engineering, computing software engineering, information science, mathematics, finance, accounting, economics, business analytics, computer engineering, computer programming, computer systems networking and telecommunications, user experience and social computing, information systems management, software design, data mining, statistics and data science, physics, and other related majors. Minors and graduate programs may include computational biology, materials science and engineering, signals and systems, computational linguistics, analytics, search and informatics, engineering management program, network engineering and robotics.
Wednesday, Oct. 15 | 11 a.m.-4 p.m. | University Memorial Center (UMC)
Please note, this fair will be invitation-only July 7-21. After July 21, all employers will be able to register for any available booths.
This event will capture majors, minors, graduate programs and industries including civil engineering, environmental engineering, architectural engineering, mechanical engineering, integrated design engineering, energy engineering, environmental design, engineering management, environmental planning, materials science and engineering, architecture, environmental products of design, landscape architecture, sustainable planning and urban design, environmental studies, masters of the environment. This fair will also capture all sub-disciplines within the engineering department, including structural, geotech, water resources, construction engineering and management.
Thursday, Oct. 16 | 11 a.m.- 4 p.m. | University Memorial Center (UMC)
This fair is open to employers looking to hire students in aerospace engineering, astrophysical and planetary sciences, atmospheric and oceanic sciences, biochemistry, biological engineering, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering, ecology and evolutionary biology, engineering physics, environmental studies, geology, integrative physiology, psychology, molecular, cellular and developmental biology (MCDB), neuroscience, physics, sociology, speech, language and hearing sciences, and other related majors. Additional minors and graduate focuses may include materials science and engineering, quantum engineering, space, audiology, chemical physics, cognitive science, engineering management program, geophysics, masters of the environment and robotics.
Networking Nights
Tuesday, Oct. 14 | 5:30-8 p.m. | University Memorial Center (UMC)
This event will host employers hiring for entry-level positions in sales, marketing, consulting, recruiting, customer service, project management, HR, administrative roles, research and more! Employers must have open jobs posted on Handshake to participate.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation requests must be received in writing 45 days prior to the event date and will receive a full refund minus a $50 service charge. There are no refunds for cancellations received less than 45 days prior to the event date. All requests should be submitted in writing to molly.bandimere@colorado.edu.
If you cancel after 45 days, please email Molly, so that we may have proper time to communicate with students about your absence.
