Desktop Support for Faculty and Staff
CMDI partners with OIT to provide desktop support for faculty and staff.
If you are having issues with your university-supplied computer (laptop or desktop), contact . Log in required.
Common issues include:
- Log in
 - Network connection
 - Power or battery
 - Unprompted shutdown
 - Slow processing speeds
 
For university-supplied software:
- Use theÌýÌýalready installed on your computer for many software applications including web browsers, Zoom, Microsoft Office and more.
 - Contact your DDS technician, or submit a request through theÌýÌýfor new software not included in the Self Service portal, as well as software advice, installation assistance, and more.
 - For additional software not provided by DDS, visitÌýÌýfor free and discounted software from OIT
 - Fill out theÌýÌýto request a loaner laptop while traveling abroad.Ìý
