Beyond our everyday work, Faculty Affairs takes on special projects that shine a spotlight on faculty excellence and build stronger systems of support. From modernizing the tools faculty rely on to creating new ways to celebrate their achievements, these projects are all about investing in faculty and enriching the Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder community.
A multi-year initiative to modernize the technology platform that supports the Faculty Report of Professional Activities (FRPA). In partnership with the Office of Information Technology (OIT), this project is focused on developing a sustainable, efficient, and user-friendly system that better serves both faculty and administrative needs.
Led by faculty director of public scholarship Elias Sacks, this educational series explores how the U.S. federal government shapes public policy, especially in higher education. Through events and interactive discussions, it brings expert insights and practical examples to deepen understanding of government, civic responsibility, and the future of higher education.
The End Zone Innovators Award honors Âé¶¹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder faculty members for their outstanding achievements in scholarly and creative work and their dedication to our university. Honorees are recognized during a home football game, creating a unique and visible way to highlight faculty achievements.
