Faculty & Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) expands its benefits and services. FSAP is adding two new licensed providers and expanding benefits starting June 1, 2026. Employees can access up to 10 free, confidential counseling sessions per year (up from 7), including individual, couples, or family therapy (ages 14+), as well as workshops and resources to support campus well-being. Committed to advancing psychological well-being across campus, these new benefits support and resource our entire campus community.
LearnWell Workshops, hosted by WorkWell, kick off June 3 and encompass a range of offerings for many different interests. LearnWell sessions blend education and practice across the eight dimensions of wellness, showcasing tools and strategies to support your overall well-being. Protecting your identity, generational communication, and campus landscape tours are in the mix!
