The Boulder-Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØLeadership Program pairs community members with Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder students for a one-on-one mentorship experience focused on leadership growth, reflection, and purpose. As a mentor, you’ll guide a student through meaningful conversations that help them explore their values, build confidence, and develop their leadership identity.

The Center for Leadership is committed to advancing leadership development across Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder, the Boulder community, and beyond. We are proud to partner with the Leeds School of Business to offer the LEED: Executive Leadership Program, a weeklong course designed for executives seeking to deepen their leadership skills and strengthen their capacity to lead with integrity.

In today’s rapidly changing world, organizations need leaders who are both ethically grounded and highly effective. This program challenges participants to think critically and work collaboratively as they engage with diverse leadership topics and real-world challenges.
