Get Involved

How will you lead as a Community Buff?

At the Center for Leadership, we believe that leadership is collective and most powerful when it’s shared across generations, sectors, and communities. That’s why we invite professionals, alumni, and community members to get involved in shaping the next generation of leaders at Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder.

Whether you're interested in mentoring students, hosting a workshop, or following thought leadership and research, your insight and involvement help bridge campus and community, and inspire students to lead with purpose, courage, and compassion.

Share your experience. Make a difference.

The Boulder-Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØLeadership Program pairs community members with Â鶹Ãâ·Ñ°æÏÂÔØBoulder students for a one-on-one mentorship experience focused on leadership growth, reflection, and purpose. As a mentor, you’ll guide a student through meaningful conversations that help them explore their values, build confidence, and develop their leadership identity.

Your insight can shape a student’s future—and strengthen our leadership community.
