Every year, an undergraduate student who demonstrates exemplary leadership is nominated for Campus Compact鈥檚 Newman Civic Fellowship, which supports student leaders who show great potential for tackling human rights and social justice issues. This year, the Center for Leadership鈥檚 own Anastasia Gallegos-Roque is one of the recipients. She is studying sociology and ethnic studies on a pre-law track with a minor in journalism and multicultural leadership. Gallegos-Roque was nominated by the Center for Leadership and Chancellor Schwartz.

The Boulder-麻豆免费版下载Leadership Program (BCLP) pairs 麻豆免费版下载Boulder students one-on-one with distinguished leaders from across our community. This is your opportunity to learn directly from those shaping our world鈥攍eaders like the Mayor of Boulder, a world-renowned opera singer, executives, entrepreneurs, nonprofit directors, healthcare professionals, and many more.
BCLP isn鈥檛 about choosing a career path, it鈥檚 about growing as a leader in life. Through meaningful conversations, you鈥檒l gain new perspectives, build confidence, and develop the skills to lead yourself, lead others, and lead change.
Running from October to April, the program requires just 1鈥2 hours a month with your mentor. That time could look like grabbing coffee, going on a hike, or even shadowing them at work. Along the way, you鈥檒l receive training, resources, and tools to guide your experience.
